UK College Intranet is aimed at providing first point of information for its students and staff. Any information aimed at the students and staff will be posted in the intranet. Students and staff are encouraged to check the intranet regularly.
Student intranet is the point where the students download study materials, time table, handbook etc.
Staff intranet is for collaborative working and again as the first point of information.
UK college is very strict about intellectual property rights. The users are requested to use its contents only for academic purposes. Any violation to this will end up in banning from the intranet and removal of any content which violated intellectual property right without prior notice.
Accessing the Intranet
To access the intranet each user must have a username and password. If you are a student it is same as the username and password which you use to login to the college lab computers. UK College Intranet LoginWhen you select where you are accessing the intranet from like "from inside the college's network" or from anywhere outside the college' network like home, cafe etc you will be asked for a username and password. The username has to be like someone@student. for example if we have a user Mr. Nice Freeman and his username is nfreeman he has to give the username as nfreeman@student and the password.
If you do not have a username and password please contact the college office with your identity card. If you have any problem in accessing the internet please do not hesitate to contact the college.
